I think it’s an awesome beggining to make video games a healthy activities. but difficult to reach gamers that are used to “normal style” consoles. I really prefer sitting on a couch or chair and spend 3~4 hours with little rests playing a FPS or a racing game. But the Wii Fit isn’t a bad idea – like Guitar Hero, with the intention to envolve the player into the show, but I guess it’s not so suceeded, as soon as we can play sit on a couch with the conventional controller.

I exercise on mine 30 minutes every morning when I wake up. It has alot of different exercises like yoga, aerobics, balance training and my favorite strength training.

I love it and don’t regret the purchase. Its nice to have something small and convient to exercise with, instead of a bulky treadmill or home gym, because where I live it lacks the space for something big like that.

I know this isn’t exactlly like a gym, but still overall its fun and does give you a nice workout.

Instead of this, get some friends. Go to the gym, socialize with em, while working out, and you will enjoy it way more than standing on some board and having a game telling you what to do.. Trust me, you wont regret it.
