Which video game console is better: PlayStation 3 or Wii? – Part 29
Well right know the Wii is ahead of the game.
the wii sold over 6 million console in the first year.
PS3 is a little behind, because there not selling
a lot of ps3's.the first day the PS3 came out some
guy got shot for not giving up his PS3..plus the
PS3 cost over $500 "thats a lot of money".
but know Sony is bringing the price down on the PS3,
because there going to make a newer version of the PS3
is going to have 80GB for the price of $699. that means that the 60GB
price is going down from $599 to $499 its a pretty
good price but i wish it was lower.Another thing about the PS3
is that they came out with a little bit of games the
only good game that came out when th PS3 was launch
is Resistance fall of men. its i cool game and one
of the best.on the other side of the wii Nintendo is
know the leader of games,Nintendo is creating a new
gun called the zapper is a gun were you put the wii
remote and nunchuk in the gun.The zapper is for shooting games like
resident evil umbrella or duck hunt.the other new thing that
Nintendo is making is called the wii fit is a balance board
use to play games...there's a lot of yoga practice and exercises
practice. Is not that cool if your 16 and under, its kind of a game that my gram pa would play. But if you like it you should buy ii,its kind of fun
and active. My opinion is that the wii is the best out there.
and i know there's going to be millions of new games coming out like
Super Smash brawl release date:December 3,meteoroid prime 3 corruption release
date:late 2007,wii Mario cart release date:early 2008,and many many more
games coming out...so if you don't have a wii go out there and buy one.

Games And Fitness In A Bundle
The Wii Nintendo revolution continues with some amazing product line up. The aim for company is to generate gaming interest for all generations. The Wii aims to get you out of the couch and onto exercising. All this while gaming was only standing but no exercise and Wii Fit has changed all that. The developers got the idea of a Wii Fit Balance Board while watching the Sumo wrestlers do the weigh-ins.
These sumo wrestlers are so heavy that the they use two scales to weigh both sides together. Same concept has been applied to the Wii Fit with the balance board which is dual scale and measures weight of the both the players, left and right side.
Wii has all sorts of physically interactive games which it has been trying to create and a generation ranging form three years olds to eight year olds have been busy lapping up its models. With the balance board it has now tried to combine exercise and gaming together to capture both the industries of games and fitness.
The Wii Fit and the Balance Board have about 40 activities including yoga, aerobics, strength and balance training.
There is an avatar called Mii which will tell you whether you are under or over weight and it will then try to create weight loss goals for you and you can then choose from a range of exercises to reach your goals.
Then there is a trainer which helps you get the exercises done correctly . For those who have never gone inside a gym this will be very helpful especially with the strength training and yoga modules.
There has been such a rush that old age homes and hospitals have been trying to get their hands on the Wii and it has been labeled as Wiihabilitation.
It is this aspect of the gaming system that has propelled it into the cult status and has left its competitiors far behind. In fact nobody thought that a simple blue tooth technology could result in such a gaming invention that entire nations are jostling to get their hands on the product.
You cannot cheat the system for sure so the best bet is to work hard on the Wii Fit and balance board and it will reward you with more and more advanced activities.
So rush to your nearby store and get your hands on the Balance Board and the Wii game so as to get the best out of gaming and fitness in a bundle.Enterpreneurs have set up shops ahere you can play Wii games and have bars set up around them.
How to Make Most Out of Your Wii Fit
There is no doubt that Nintendo Wii Fit blends fun with exercising in the best way. With more than forty types of excellent activities it has become one of the best gaming consoles in the world. The gaming and exercising tool makes you feel fit all the time even If you play it once a day regularly. Wii Fit has really brought a new world of “Exergaming”.
Wii Balance Board comes along with Wii Fit as a wirless board where in you have to perform various activities in tandem with the onscreen activities. To make the most out of your Wii Fit you need to consider in mind that the maximum weight on Wii Balance board doesn’t surpass the 136 kg limit.
Also one must regularly check the BMI that stands for Body Mass Index. Balance Board measures weight evaluation based on a ratio of weight to height quite brilliantly. Try to accept the challenges thrown by the on screen activities and perform them in tandem with good accuracy. This depends upon the surface you are playing Wii Fit. Generally it is recommended that Wii-Fit must be played on hard, flat wooden floors while carpet turns out to be a poor surface for scales and also for Wii-Fit which sometimes even results in an inaccurate reading.
If your belly is grown up a bit more the need is requirement of more patience as building a perfect fitness does takes time. Regular balance tests must be done to have a consistent track of your Wii Fitness Age.
The magic of Nintendo Wii Fit continues along with Nintendo Wii Console and this can be seen as it continues to enthral new audiences.
Which video game console is better: PlayStation 3 or Wii? – Part 11
While one's preference for a certain video game system over another is just that a preference the debate between the PS3 and the Wii ended in the past few months with the introduction of the WiiFit Balance Board. Allow me to explain as one who has only played the Wii, never played the PS3 (although I was an average player on its grandfather, the original PS), and recently received both aforementioned Wii accessories.
Over the past several years debate has raged in the United States as to what can be blamed as the root cause for childhood obesity. In many opinions and studies, video games were cited as at least partially guilty. Just think how many hours some of us spent finding the secret warp zones on Super Mario Bros., or pretending to be Link as he sought Zelda. The games were fun and challenging, but not so engrossing or involved as today's which seem to be just a step away from reality.
And reality is what seemed to bite Nintendo in the posterior when it created the Wii, and subsequently the WiiFit Balance Board. By nature, video game players are competitive not only with other players, but with themselves. Try to recall how many times you played the same course on any NES racing game just to beat your previous best or beat the computer's time, and you may get an idea of how addictive the WiiFit can be. Plus, since it forces you out of your gaming chair and gives results based almost entirely on your physical activity, Nintendo took an enormous step in helping to solve a real problem.
Now, since the key word in this debate is "game," I will only briefly touch on how WiiFit works. Also, a quick Internet search will likely return hundreds of reviews of the WiiFit, so why be repetitive? Put simply, a player stands on the Balance Board and has the choice of activities from four categories: strength training, aerobics, yoga, and balance games. Each grouping has "locked" activities that make themselves available once certain benchmarks in the opening activities are achieved. WiiFit also tracks an individual's progress through a graph that marks weight and body mass index. What it also records is a person's "WiiFit Age." This is determined after a quick test taken while standing on the Balance Board. Sometimes, it can be higher than the participant's actual age. In fact, there have been bad days when WiiFit has accused me of being more than a decade older than my actual age. However, the competitor in me has brought me back to the Balance Board again, and again, and again. Most recently, I had improved enough on the board to be told I was as good as a player five years my junior.
And that is precisely the reason WiiFit should be viewed as the feather in the cap for Wii as a game console. Once again focusing on "game" and not the features or the cost or the game's accessories and their costs, Wii stands head and shoulders above PS3. The gaming nature of its players will brings them back over and over again to beat a previous best in the balance games and earn a champion ranking. Or improve their form in strength training to be called a bodybuilder. Or maintain a solid enough center of balance to be called a yoga master. Or burn enough calories aerobically to earn the title calorie incinerator.
Wii vs. PS3. The debate will rage on. But going on games and accessories alone, Wii is the fitter of the two.
I seriously need to lose inches. I am eating right but I need some exercises that will help lose inches from my hips and waist that I can do inside and I have a Wii nintendo but no Wii Fit or Balance board. Are their any that doesn’t require a balance board? Thanks in advance.
Which video game console is better: PlayStation 3 or Wii? – Part 3

I have played both systems. I own the Nintendo Wii. Before I purchased the Nintendo Wii, I made a pros and cons chart. On this chart I had the Xbox 360, the Playstation #, and the Nintendo Wii. For the purpose of the article I will not include my thoughts about the Xbox 360. The Playstation 3 is a great system. It offers a Blue ray player, great graphics, and in depth game-play desired by most games. The Blue ray player alone is a bargain, but if you're not into the games that are produce for the Playstation 3 then it's not for you. The initial price tag for this system was too much. With everything that is inside it does seem worth it. The Blue ray player alone is at least $400.00. The rest of the system is about $200. In my opinion the Playstation 3 is a $400 system. Despite it's $250 price tag, the Nintendo Wii is a better system for any type of gamer. I was able to get my father to play the Wii sports game disc. We played boxing, tennis, baseball, bowling, and golf. This was another plus that the system came with a game. We had a good time with the boxing. My father knocked me out in the second round. He isn't much of a gamer but he was impressed with the games. The Nintendo Will was made for all types of gamers. The Playstation 3 really just reached out to two types of gamers. With the sales of the Nintendo Wii continuing to rise, we will have a lot to expect from the Nintendo Wii. With Nintendo's recent release of Wii Fit and the Wii balance board, the Playstation 3 may find it difficult to catch up in sales and fans.I purchased Wii Fit and found myself in a pool of sweat. I look forward to getting home to work out. It's a modest price tag for what you're getting. With the two video game rivals striving for video game immortality, we will be very astonished with Nintendo's advancements. With all the hype behind the Nintendo Wii prior to it's release, it has certainly lived up to it's hype. The Playstation 3 is not far behind but fails with it's grossly high price tag. It will come down, but the games offered leave too many to be desired. Save your money and buy the Nintendo Wii. With the extra cash you can afford to buy a few games. If you're happy with the Wii Sports disc you will be fine. Don't forget to go wi-fi with your Nintendo Wii. Download your favorite Nintendo games, Super Nintendo games, Sega Master System games, Sega Genesis games, Neogeo games, or the Nintendo 64 games. Different channels are also available to view from the news, the weather, or the internet. The Nintendo Wii acts as its own entertainment package rolled into one. even though it doesn't have a Blue Ray player, gamers are not going to miss it. What happens when the Playstation 4 comes out? Another $700 out of your pocket that's what. Stick with Nintendo. They're not going anywhere anytime soon.

Review of Nintendo Wii Top Games
Wilson Snyder asked:
Many consumers new to the Nintendo Wii system are curious about Nintendo Wii top games. What are the latest Nintendo Wii top games and what is it that Nintendo Wii players like about them. Below, I will go through some of the Nintendo Wii top games as well as why Wii fans have come to appreciate such games.
"Super Smash Bros. Brawl" is considered unanimously as one of the Nintendo Wii top games. It is the ultimate fighting games that features a cast of characters from all over the Nintendo universe. This game is ideal for one or more players, the sound effects and music are loved by gaming fans everywhere, and the graphics are stunning to behold, literally. And it's the first game in Super Smash Bros series to expand previous Nintendo characters and let you control favorite characters from third-party, such as Pikachu, Donkey Kong, Snake, Zelda and more! The cast of characters offered in this game have been appreciated for quite some time already so it is super easy to fall in love with the Super Smash Bros Brawl game and rank it among the Nintendo Wii top games. Players even find that they can customize the play experience, or opt for mini gaming options. This game is certainly high in action packed gaming fun.
Wii Fit games are quickly becoming Nintendo Wii top games too. Created to integrate fitness with gaming, the Wii Fit gaming line-up is growing in terms of its popularity. Games like We Ski comes complete with Intuitive controls, works with a Wii Balance Board, as well as a Wii Nunchuk and Remote, while giving the gamer the sensation that he or she is really skiing. This game is great for one or more players, as many as four in fact, and there are actually fourteen different game courses for amusement. Beginner levels and intermediate as well as advanced levels make the Wii Ski game super exciting and fun for all.
A list of Nintendo Wii top games would not be complete without mention of the Wii game Mario Kart. Mario Kart was first created when the Nintendo 64 first hit the gaming scene, but this all time favorite has been upgraded for the Wii too. With the purchase of a Wii Wheel, the Wii Remote can be converted into a steering wheel for use with the Mario Kart game. Wii fans appreciate access to their Mario Brothers favorite characters like Luigi, Mario, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Wario, Toad, and Bowser. Even Donkey Kong pays a visit to the tracks in this fun filled game!
