How to change what gamertag my Xbox 360 automatically starts up in?

Whenever we turn on the Xbox 360, it automatically signs into someone's gamertag. However, my brother's friend came over and made a gamertag, and now it always logs into that guy's gamertag when the Xbox is turned on. Is there any way to alter who's gamertag the 360 starts on when it's turned on, or ideally how would we get it to start up so that it's not logged into anyone's gamertag initially?
