My computer has just started to lag more frequently with video games. Take guitar hero 3, I have all the setting on low and taken off crowd and it still lags quite bad. Same with games such as world of warcraft. This is quite annoying. Is there any solution to this? I do have a scheduled disk defragment and my computer has no virus's from what I have gathered so far, and the computer is running fine with its usual start up speed. It is only 7 months old.

are you sure you dont have a virus? this seems quite obvious to be a TROJAN or more…try changing your antivirus if you have one. i have my pc for 6 months with NOD32 antivirus and got no problems untill today;) or if you just don’t have the money reinstall your OS(e.g. windows)

Sometimes the requirements are designed to run to run the game. But jsut cause you meet the requirements doesn’t mean the game will run smooth.

I suggest getting a better video card and/or more RAM.

Before buying anything try to Reinstall your OS. make sure you have all the discs that came with your computer and call your computer manufactuer and they’ll taker you step by step thru the process. Reinstalling the operating system solves most computer problems and starts you off fresh. Just rememebr to save anything you wanna keep on a flash drive.
