You can try one of the small individual game shops. Usually you can find them near residential areas where rent isn’t that high compared to commercial areas.These stores usually have connection and they either have stock or can help you get one.
I bought one this past June at a small video game store across the Mingde Station of the Taipei Metro System (the Rapid Transit Train). It’s next to a convenience store. If I remember correctly and if you can read Chinese, the store’s name is directly translated as “Dr. Game”.
Bear in mind that the Wii systems sold be this kind of stores are not the officially released ones. And the price may differ slightly from store to store. I would suggest you checking with several stores before purchasing. From my experience, the prices from different stores are within reasonable range as compared to the official price.
