It's better than a yoga instructor imo because it knows the distribution of the weight of the hands in positions like the dog, plank, & could in could in any where it calibrates BMI. If outfitted with ankles bands it would be a better yoga instr. than anything. I'd by it for just that alone coulpled with the strength portion, which is just a continuation of more yoga moves, just move advanced ones along with the balance moves. I'd lose the silly penguin & run crap and add more ski. I love mine.
