    you only need it to select the exercise but you can put it down during it, apart from if its boxing or the jogging one

    Wii fit doesn’t really seem to help shave the pounds off much, so I would suggest something different. Why pay money for jogging in a virtual world when you could be doing it in the arguably better looking realm of real life?

    Also, the treadmill works well.

    Don’t blame someone if they don’t want to. Besides, Wii Fit isn’t just for fat people, it’s for people wanting to fix their bone structures, and don’t want to spend too much money on real yoga instructors.
